How can I recover my order?

Depending on the transportation method chosen, we will send you the carrier's tracking number. If you have not received it, it means that you should receive your order within 24 hours.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard on our website. Is it safe to leave my personal and banking information? Yes. Payment is made via the Square terminal. How can I exchange a product I bought?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We will exchange one product for another, at no cost, when you bring it back to us. The condition of the product must be perfect and the packaging intact.

What warranty does my merchandise cover?

Depending on the product selected, check the warranty if applicable in the warranties tab.

How can I exchange a defective product?

The warranties require that the product be returned at your expense to the manufacturer. However, we offer you the possibility to bring it back to us so that we can exchange it with you and pay the guarantee with the manufacturer.

Is it possible to pick up my order to save shipping costs?

It is always possible to go to one of our branches to pick up your order. Please allow 24h to prepare it. Note that the Beeton Branch is open only by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays and only floats are available.

Do you offer advantageous transportation offers for large orders?

We ship dozens of trucks a week. We are able to offer you advantageous rates for larger orders.

What modes of transportation are available?

Different ways to ship your order are offered:

  1. Via ShipTime, ShipTime finds the best rates from a multitude of reliable carriers.
  2. Via LTL. Depending on the size of your order, it is often less expensive to collect everything on a pallet and ship it all by truck. Contact us for a price.

When will my order be shipped?

The shipment is made within 24 to 48 hours following the order. If a longer period is necessary, we will contact you to notify you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Although our main market is in Canada, we ship regularly to the United States and Mexico.
