How can I recover my order ?

Two different ways to ship your order are offered to you:
By small transport or dedicated transport, depending on the size of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number, when it is available.


It is always possible to come to our Dock Industries Chambly branch (8145-5 Blvd Industriel, Chambly Qc, J3L 5G8) between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm (closed between 12:00 and 1:00 pm).
We give priority to appointments.
Please allow 48 hours after receiving your payment to prepare it.
Please have the copy of the invoice on hand to pick up your order.

*** Once you receive the confirmation email, you will have seven days to pick up your order.
If your order is not picked up within this time, it will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your credit card. ***

 

What payment methods are available ?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments on our site, and on site we accept Visa, Mastercard, debit or cash

How can I exchange a product I bought ?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
You must have the original invoice and the merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
A 15% restocking fee is applicable.
There are no returns on final sales.

What warranty does my merchandise cover ?

Dock Industries guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects when used as recommended and as designed.
Ask one of our representatives about the warranty periods on our various products.

How can I exchange a defective product ?

If you have received defective items, please send photos and as many details as possible to admin@dockindustries.com and call us at 1-877-564-7824 to obtain a return authorization number.
Dock Industries reserves the right to inspect and approve returns. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany each claim. Transportation costs for defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
The obligations of this guarantee are limited to the repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the items.

Is it possible to pick up my order to save shipping costs?

When will my order be shipped ?

Shipment will be made within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. 
Please note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, most carriers have suspended all service guarantees until further notice.
Due to the exceptional situation that prevails delivery times for packages to your home may be longer than normal.
