You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
You must have the invoice and the merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
A 15% restocking fee can be applicable.
There are no returns on bolts, screws, clearance and final sales.

Dock Industries guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects when used as recommended and as designed.

Dock Industries reserves the right to inspect and approve returns.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany each claim.

Transportation costs for defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
The obligations of this warranty are limited to the replacement or reimbursement of the items.

You can pick up your order at one of our branches free of charge; simply let us know when you place your order.

You will need to have a copy of your invoice with you to collect your order.

Depending on the size of your order, a small carrier will be used, and for larger orders we will use a dedicated transport service.

Shipment will be made within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. 

Once your order has been confirmed, you will have seven days to pick up your order.

Once your request has been processed, a refund will be issued and a receipt will be sent to you by email.
